Services Description
The Department of Information Technology's (DIT) Administration / Help Desk Section is responsible for the administrative aspects of the department. These include:
Assisting DIT staff members with the preparation of Travel Authorizations, Purchase Requisitions / Orders, memorandums, travel arrangements, and other secretarial duties.
Help Desk System
The Help Desk is set up to take incoming service calls from users, direct clients / customers to appropriate personnel for assistance, and, at times, assist the Desktop Section of DIT.
